• requests from persons depicted in the content, even if they are not registered on the platform.

You can submit your request through any of these channels:

• email to report@lastanzasegreta.me (priority channel for removals and reports);
• the support chat built into the platform;
• the Help Center forms (/help page).

In your request please include: the link or ID of the content, the reason for the request (copyright, consent withdrawal, illegal content, other), whether you are the depicted person or the rights holder, and any supporting documentation.

For DMCA requests also include: identification of the protected work, a good-faith statement regarding the unauthorised use, a statement of accuracy of the information provided and your signature (electronic signatures accepted).

Upon receipt of the request:

• the reported content may be immediately disabled as a precaution;
• an investigation is opened by the moderation team;
• the Creator is asked to provide the documentation relating to consent and age verification;
• if consent cannot be proven, the content is permanently deleted;
• in serious cases, account suspension or termination and reporting to the competent authorities apply.

You will always receive a reply with the outcome of your request.

If you appear in content published on the platform and you did not give your consent, or you wish to withdraw consent previously given, you can request its removal at any time, even if you are not registered on the platform.

To speed up verification, include the link to the content and provide the elements needed to confirm your identity: the request is handled confidentially and in compliance with the GDPR. Consent withdrawal results in the disabling of the content pending verification and, in the absence of provable consent, in its permanent deletion.

Requests receive a first reply normally within 48 business hours. Reports of illegal content and requests from depicted persons have absolute priority and may result in the immediate disabling of the content.
